Off The Bus!

Why Off The Bus? Jim Collins (in his book Good to Great), describes leaders as being like bus drivers. Their job is to get the right people on the bus, the wrong people off the bus, and the right people in the right seats. 

After sitting amongst teaching colleagues on that school bus for so many years, I decided to ask the boss to stop, so that I could get off and walk a different path.
