Student Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the services provided to you by Ashford Education and for the use of this website.

Ashford Education will:

Provide you with an individualised learning program aimed at supporting your academic needs
Provide you with an experienced tutor that is certified to work with children
Provide detailed feedback and reporting once per term
Reserve the right to vary the policies, procedures and website information referenced here
Be as flexible as possible with session schedules and payment plans to meet you family’s needs

You will:

Be required to attend each session on the date and time arranged
Occasionally be assigned additional work to be completed between each session and you agree to complete this work as requested
Pay for the session prior to the scheduled session date, either Termly or half Termly. Failure to do so means that Ashford Education will not provide a service.
